These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the access to and use of services provided by MZNX ("we", "us", "our" or the "Company"). By registering on our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligible Customers

1.1 You may access the Services only if:

• you are a natural person at least eighteen (18) years of age; or

• you are a legal entity duly established outside restricted jurisdictions;

• you are not subject to international sanctions and have no criminal record related to financial crime or terrorism.

1.2 By entering into these Terms, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.

1.3 If you provide business identification data, you are not considered a consumer for the purposes of these Terms.

2. Services Are Not Regulated Financial Services

2.1 None of the Services constitute regulated financial services.

2.2 MZNX is not a broker, does not accept deposits, and does not provide investment advice.

2.3 All trading conducted within the Challenge, Verifications, and Live Account is simulated or performance-based and does not represent real market trading on your behalf.

3. Order of Services

3.1 After registering on the Website, you may order participation in the Challenge and related Services.

3.2 By submitting an order, you agree to pay the applicable fee in EUR.

3.3 Once an order is confirmed, it becomes binding and cannot be modified.

4. User Area and Trading Platform

4.1 Upon registration, you will receive access credentials to the User Area.

4.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

4.3 Trading is conducted via third-party platforms selected by MZNX.

5. Our Services

5.1 Challenge – an evaluation phase designed to test trading skills under predefined rules and profit targets.

5.2 Verification – a follow-up phase focused on confirming consistency, discipline, and adherence to risk management rules.

5.3 Live Account – access to a performance-based trading account with profit sharing, subject to ongoing compliance.

5.4 Successful completion of the Challenge and Verification does not guarantee profits and does not establish an employment relationship.

6. Rules of Simulated Trading

6.1 All trading conducted within the Challenge, Verification, and Live Account is simulated or performance-based and does not involve trading real funds on your behalf.

6.2 Participants must comply with all risk management rules, including maximum daily loss, maximum overall loss, and position limits as defined in the User Area.

6.3 News trading is permitted only on Swing-type accounts. It is prohibited on other account types.

6.4 The use of Expert Advisors (EAs), bots, copy trading software, or automated systems is strictly prohibitedunless expressly authorised in writing.

6.5 Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to: account sharing, third-party trading, latency arbitrage, hedging between multiple MZNX accounts, exploitation of platform errors, or any strategy designed to circumvent risk rules.

6.6 Any breach of trading rules may result in immediate termination of the account without refund or payout.

7. Profit Split and Payouts

7.1 Profits generated on Live Accounts are split 80% to the trader and 20% to MZNX.

7.2 Payouts are calculated and processed in EUR.

7.3 Payouts are subject to compliance checks, identity verification, and confirmation that no trading rules were breached.

7.4 Refund Policy: Upon the first approved profit payout on a Live Account, MZNX may refund the initial Challenge fee, in a manner similar to industry-standard evaluation programs.

7.5 MZNX reserves the right to delay, adjust, or refuse payouts in cases of suspected violations, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

8. Use of the Website and Content

8.1 All content provided is for educational purposes only.

8.2 You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without written consent.

9. Disclaimer and Indemnification

9.1 Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9.2 You agree to indemnify MZNX against any claims arising from misuse of the Services.

10. Breach of These Terms

10.1 MZNX may suspend or terminate access to Services upon breach of these Terms.

10.2 Serious violations may result in permanent exclusion.

11. Right to Withdraw

11.1 Where applicable by law, consumers may withdraw from the Agreement within the statutory period.

12. Duration and Termination

12.1 The Agreement remains valid until terminated by either party or upon breach of these Terms.

12.2 MZNX may terminate or suspend access immediately in cases of serious or repeated violations.

12.3 Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

12.4 There is no maximum total capital limit per trader, subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms.

13. Technical Issues and Complaints

13.1 Users must report technical issues without undue delay.

13.2 Complaints are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

14. Changes to These Terms

14.1 MZNX may amend these Terms at any time.

14.2 The latest version is always available on the Website.

15. Personal Data and Trading Information

15.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15.2 Trading data may be analysed for performance and compliance purposes.

16. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

16.1 Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.

17.2 Courts of Latvia have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Communication and Notices

18.1 Communication may be conducted electronically via email or User Area notifications.

19. General Provisions

19.1 If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.

19.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MZNX.

20. Definitions and Interpretation

20.1 Terms used herein shall be interpreted in accordance with these Terms and common industry usage.
